We are proud to announce our exclusive, in office dental savings plan. Healthy Savings Plan (HSP) is an annual dental savings program we offer for families and individuals. This plan allows all HSP patients to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices in our office. With our HSP program there are:
HSP Coverage - Included Benefits
- Healthy teeth cleaning** (two per year, 6 months apart)
- Complete annual dental exam (two per year, 6 months apart)
- All X-Rays ordered by the doctor to complete annual exam
- Complimentary teeth whitening** (1 set of take home trays and whitening gel) a value of $276.00
- Complimentary emergency exam with 1 periapical x-ray and intra oral photo** when definitive treatment is completed the same day as diagnosis - a value of $130.00
- 20% Savings on general and major dental procedures with cash/check payments (or 15% savings major credit/debit card)
- 10% Savings on implant restorations with cash/check payment (or 5% savings major credit/debit card)
- 10% Savings on orthodontic care (Invisalign) with cash/check payment (or 5% savings major credit/debit card)
